The Fishermans Haunt, Christchurch
Went to The Fishermans for a drink last Tuesday. Very friendly and competent service from the girl on the bar. Lovely pub

Visited The Crown last Friday night and it exceeded all of my expectations! Fantastic food, wonderful atmosphere, genuine friendly staff and a brilliant range of real ales and wines. Will definitely be visiting The Crown again - best pub in the area! Well done

The Duke of Wellington, Christchurch
Visited the new 'Duke's' last night and can't say I was impressed. Music is a bit too loud to hold a conversation, bar staff don't seem to really know what they are doing or where anything is and the decor is a bit much. Was served a horrible flat pint of Pride. Maybe just teething problems...
