Cradock, Leicester

Nice and easygoing but rather 'plasticy'.
Food is excellent.
Atmosphere is smokey, or it would have scored an 8.

The Plough, Wigston

Lovely old traditional pub but far too smokey. It would have been given 8 if the air was cleaner.

William Wygston, Wigston

Low mark is for the policy of children not being allowed on a Sunday lunchtime.

Lord Keeper Of The Great Seal, Oadby

Great friendly pub with excellent ales and food but rather smokey at the no smoking bar area. Due to become totally smoke free before May 2006.
Service rather slow for ales as the coffee machine takes so long to operate.
Car parking is 150 metres away but is free.
