I found a beer garden here, go in the door right next to the dart board and turn right, go down a flight of stairs and on ur left is a beautiful beer garden, well maybe not it is a beer garden tho!!

Aye i quite like this place too, but must admit revel that showing liverpool or arsenal over the famous man united has made me think twice.

I agree with the pirate comment more than any other one, i also saw one in here!! Nae bad bar for quick cheap drink before a big game, like em rangers in glasgow!

This bar is one the city's best, great place to sit outside if it's sunny aswell.

Ive changed my mind about this place, the bar staff are fine enough, but the people in it the last few times iv'e been are complete wannabe's with pink or yellow t-shirts and trucker caps to match. Not goin back!!

Great place to watch the football,will probably be here a few times during the World Cup, This is where i was when France got beat from Senegal in world Cup 2002.

The Howff is decent enough i like how it is Underground and has a big screen for the football, don't really dislike anythin about it.

Great bar, the bar staff are brilliant and take no nonsense!! They know all aboot there drink !!! + it's right in the heart of Aberdeen Town Centre.

This is a bit of a winner of a bar, extremely cheap before 6.00 on a sunday and then kareoke on a sunday night, there is no sky so the football results are on teletext!! The bouncer is a complete 70 year old bum and the toilets stink of pish, good place to just nip in for a couple of cheap drinks. Warning - Quite rough though, but who cares makes the night a bit more exciting!

There are sum very Raw people in here, not one person looks the same as the other, Zimmer frames, walking sticks, wigs, beards, bonnets, moustaches, fat, thin, earings, wierdos, normal people, designer clothes, nevicas, i think u get the picture, it is a good bar with alot of different characters and the bar staff are good people.

Good Bar, quite long so easy to get a drink in, well done up and alot of seats everywhere, the only thing is you can't get Jack Daniels instead it's Jim Bean which i suppose does the job.

Quite a good bar to just chill out in, decent food, juke box and even a games room to play pool and darts in. Nae bad if ur away to start an all dayer.

I must be the only person in the city who doesn't rate this place, pathetic music, generally very boring, very lit up and very very overated, what is so good about it? except maybe buy one get one free.

Well to begin with the name - Now let's be honest a Balaclava doesn't exactly make you visualise good things does it? Usually Armed Robberies or Murders and i wouldn't put it past the dodgers in here doin either of these. I walked in with a group of mates and just got stared at like Christina Aguilera in Bex Bar.

what the hell is this place supposed to be? could be the worst 'trendy' bar in the city, nobody ever goes here! The toilets are at the other side of the city from the bar and it really is the most boring setup you could experience. Not recommended just another fake bar, setup to get your money !!

well, what can i say? the name says it all, Fu[kin brilliant bar!! rite next to Pittodrie so you can imagine the buz you get on a match day especially when the huns are up to the oil capital of europe!!

Brilliant bar for meeting up before goin to an away game in Glasgow, Edinburgh or Dundee, opens at 7.00a.m just a great way to start off ur booze fuelled away day before you get on the train which is literally just across the road.

This bar is a winner !! very cheap drink, if you go at the right times. Was about 30 of us in here after the aberdeen v rangers game when we beat the scum 3-2 at pittodrie and the atmosphere was brilliant and the bar staff were too scared to refuse us drink even though we were all so p1ssed we were having accidents in our trousers. But on the serious side it is a brilliant bar, especially when it's sunny outside as it has a great place to sit outside and try and get burnt while gettin smashed.

sadly this place has been refurbished and renamed the jam, cul de sac was better than this place by a mile as it now might aswell be a youth club full of wannabe hardmen and girls who couldn't put there hand through smoke who look and act about 7. stay away from this place also trying to get a drink here could take u upto about 2hours.

Great pub to get smashed in just before kick off at pittodrie, there is a very obscure old man at the left hand side of the bar who has huge telescope glasses and reads the paper so closely his face and frames of his glasses are full of black ink, he could be the cities biggest degenerate, but apart fae that great bar and fine food!!

bar staff think there something when they are actually the ones working in a bar!!
avoid this place if u are straight as it is has more pink t-shirts than a gay parade. horrible place to visit and should be bulldozed down and turned into a strippers.
