The Furze Wren, Bexleyheath

What a nightmare, i have visited this pub twice for breakfast and was luke warm at best with dirty cutlery and lipstick on the napkin where the staff member must of licked their lips to join the napkin around the cutlery, always have to wait along time to get served and even then its who ever shouts the loudest, tried it early doors about 6pm on a monday, tables covered with dirty glasses and dirty plates with customers of all walks of life, i had to get a cloth to wipe a table to sit at. However the real ale was nice and cheap in price, so you pay for what you get, i think i'll stick with the other pubs down the high street and pay for the service with a smile even if it is more expensive.

The Ivory Lounge, Bexleyheath

Clean, staff ok, younger venue, food and drink expensive, very quiet apart from friday and saturday nights which are too busy and too long to get served.
never know which curtain is open, so never know if you can sit at the front, middle (which the seats are sometimes reserved) or the back. No real ale!

The Kings Arms, Bexleyheath

The Kings Arms, what a great traditional pub, nice food, good atmosphere, friendly staff, quiz on a tuesday night, sky and setanta sports, good real ale, possibly the only pub on the broadway you can take your partner and have a sensible drink any time of day and night and weekend, great stuff, cheers

The Yacht, Bexleyheath

All new staff, great service with a smile, food great value, real ale well kept and they now have the beautiful beer platinum award and cask marque award.
no sky sports, but more of a family food pub now, but still has a great atmosphere, The Yacht is certainly sailing again.
