The Plough Inn, Horsell

Thought this was a lovely pub. Well kept beer and friendly staff. We didn't have any food but selection looked reasonable and priced the same as most comparable Woking pubs.

Seeing as all the negative reviews were posted roughly the same time, and the reviewers have no other history of pub reviews, I would suggest that they are not happy with the new management and the changes that they may or may not made. These people are probably now spending there £8 budget in Wetherspoons on an evening.

So don't be put put off and give the pub a go. You may be pleasantly surprised.

The Angel in the Fields, Bond Street

It is Sam Smith's but it is a great looking pub and great for a pint and good food. It won't win any Michelin Stars but is tasty and good value.

The Golden Eagle, Bond Street

This pub may sound like a chinese restaurant but that it aint. In fact it doesn't even serve food. But it is a great drinkers pub. Black Sheep is good and they have a piano player on some evenungs. Give it a go if you just want a few drinks and giggles with some mates.

The Barley Mow, Marylebone

Love this pub. A real pub with friendly staff and great beer. Always have new ales on tap. Had two new ones today. Dark Star Black Beer and Nightwatchman. Both dark beers and both very very tasty.
