Wards Freehouse, Harrow On The Hill
The best pub I've been to in Harrow. People in there are friendly and its clean and tidy. Beer is excellent and there are several flatscreens for sports.

Some of the others are right - Some odd sorts frequent this place. But the food and drink are quite good, and one particular bar manager always goes out of his way to make sure everything is alright - even to the extent of free drinks to compensate waiting too long for our meals.

Very poor establishment - Went in for a cheap beer after sign out the front advertised particular bottled beers for �1.75. Got charged a pound more than that. Manager said afterwards that the registers were not updated yet and the sign shouldn't be out there yet. Then he refused to give a refund. False advertising and bad customer service.

Nice pub, mainly due to its location. Had a good night apart from the bar staff trying to charge me an extra pound for every round, then apologising for their mistake afterwards.... Quality of tap beer is quite good, but food is expensive for what you get.

All Bar One, Croydon
Went in here on friday night - the pub is done out well on the inside. Decent crowd without much riff raff. But the beer is terrible. I had 2 pints, and both were foul. There are too many varieties of beer on tap, and they are obviously not kept well or the pipes cleaned - who knows how long the paulaner or St Pauli kegs have been open - not good. If thats the state of the beer, I wouldnt like to see the kitchen!
