Ye Olde Greene Manne, Rickmansworth

Have enjoyed a pleasant meal and drink in this pub. The real ale was in excellent condition. Staff were very friendly and seemed concerned that we had enjoyed our meal. Can highly recommend.

Service has gone down terribly in this pub. Seemed to be different staff nearly every few weeks in the summer

Last month went in for a steak meal with a friend. The steaks were well overcooked. Also my mixed grill was delivered looking like no other mixed grill I've ever had. Thought I had the wrong meal. The meat items piled on top of each other in the middle of the plate, surround with lettuce leaves. The sauasage and Pork steak were actually missing. Complained about the missing two items they were retrieved from the kitchen. Complained to a member of staff about the meals who said they would get the manager. Twenty minutes later after being told we are busy, we left without seeing the manager.

Complained to the Wetherspoon's head office but have had no joy, one vague reply and that was a month ago. Almost as if they are treating me as a trouble making liar. Eat here at your peril!! In view of the poor response by their customer services am boycotting all Wetherspoon pubs in the area from now on.

Moon On The Hill, Harrow

Best real ale pub in Harrow by a mile, as the beer is always in great condition these days. Not the sort of place to take your mother to for a meal in the evening but by and large not bad.

The staff are young but are friendly. Need to go to Harrow often on business in the mornings. Therefore can recommend the breakfasts.

Never had a problem with the pub, service is good and the beer is always in good condition.
Went in for a meal on Sunday a few weeks back. Naturally I had a bath first and put on some expensive cologne (haha). We had to wait for a table. As they were full. Meal was fine, well worth the wait.

Was in the pub that Sunday SirGeoffrey, they were very busy. Had sold out of real ale I remember. They were in the process of putting two new barrels on. We just came back later.

Was around in the morning last week, so tried a breakfast. Went for the Farmhouse (greedy), it was excellent. Will stick to my beerintheevening (or afternoon). Therefore avoided temptation at the pump. Only six out of eight real ales on (haha). Just had a coffee, a bargain at 69p with a fancy biscuit.

Nothing can be perfect all of the time I agree but so far have had no problem with the service.

Go to the pub regularly in the week. Always find the beer in very good condition. Never had any problems with the food (and I am fussy!). The staff are friendly and fellow customers are well behaved. If you are looking for no hassle, straight-forward, visit to a local pub I heartily recommend this place to anyone
