landlord makes sure you get a decent pint if you dont he changes it ,beers good,landlady is worth a look at.

i like this pub,landlord is a really friendly bloke, i often pop in for a pint of mix,not that the barstaff know what it is.

proper pub,proper ale,proper folk,not the cleanest best kept pub but its good to spend some time in drinking excellent ale.

nice pub just out of the town centre,friendly bar staff and locals,good pint of pedigree.
