The Bankers has definitely improved of late and now walking in for a beer is less of a crap shoot with low life locals than previously, they seem to have departed elsewhere. At two pounds for a delicious pint of Directors you simply cannot complain.

Went in for a drink on Christmas eve and only the owner and one barmaid were on duty attempting to serve a packed bar. Gave up after waiting and age for the second pint and like a few others decided to go elsewhere. Shame, because otherwise it is a decent pub with decent, if overly cold, ales. Recurring under staffing issue needs to be addressed.

The Bankers Draft, Eltham
Small Whetherspoons and much improved from before. Beer is good and amazingly cheap. Much of the previous low life appears to have left. Worhth dropping in.
