The Royal Oak, Weymouth

What a little gem of a pub has this become. Apart from its picturesque setting in the sunshine alongside the harbour the pub offers a selection of the Dorset Brewing Company beers with a regular guest , a range of ciders and lagers all in top condition. The staff are welcoming, efficient and sometimes a little crazy, and food is available at very reasonable prices with live music at the weekends. Well worth a visit at any time of the year (CAMRA discount too !!)

The Globe Inn, Weymouth

Thought this place could not get better but it has - now six real ales and three ciders available and all beautifully kept and presented.
A real gem of a pub

The Globe Inn, Weymouth

Now a totally revitalised and fully refurbished hostelry - when the visiting card says "A proper pub - real ales a specialiaty - one of Weymouth's few remaining traditional pubs" it really does what it says on the tin.
Three superb real ales (including Jail Ale and Doombar) always available plus the threat/promise of a regular guest ale.
Well worth another visit.

The Globe Inn, Weymouth

totally different now - new owners since end of 2009 who have transformed it into a friendly comfortable pub and as its now a free house has a good range of very well kept real ales (not the JS rubbish you get in the rest of the town).

The Boot, Weymouth

I wonder, DickStilton, if the bar service was so bad how come there were so many pissheads ? Also isn't this a good sign that the beers are "poifick"
