Been there twice on weekday lunchtimes. Excellent bar food and decent grolsch on tap. Appears to have a good selection of bottles and also cocktails. Pizza place above it and a grill above that. Plenty of seats both inside and out. Very pleasant location. Not bad at all!

Still a nice pub to drink in although it's a pity they got rid of the Hoegaarden. Never had a problem with thieves in this place so if you are stolen from both times you go in there, I'd suggest you start taking better care of your things! It's hardly the fault of the pub!

I completely disagree with the previous anonymous poster. I'm not a big wetherspoons fan generally but this is a good effort! Have eaten there on two occasions and enjoyed the food both times (although my friend didn't I must admit). Plus there is usually a good selection of ales which change regularly. Good place to meet before gigs at the Garage - infinitely better than the Cock Tavern.

Noooo... not another pub undergoing refurbishment! Hopefully this won't be character removing like the Windmill in Fitzrovia and the Goldsmith's in New Cross. The changes wreaked there were devastating. Fingers crossed for this place.

Better than it used to be, I have to say. They are making an effort and if you have a shit time there nowadays, it's more likely to be down to the clientele this chain attracts than the staff that work there.

All Inn One, Forest Hill
Surprised by the negative comments. Went in one Saturday evening a few weeks back with my girlfriend - the staff were friendly and accommodating, the hoegaarden was lovely and the crowd was lively. No trouble or thugs whatsoever. A lot better than I expected!
