Great location, ok vibe, used to go there a lot more than I do now. Change of hands doesn't always help a place improve.

Mmmmmmm......gummy bears bouncing here and there and everywhere.... Yeah this place is good, Saturday nights a no no, they've started letting the fag hags and 'wimmin' in with their accompanying "curious" twink mates- f**k off to GAY Late and leave the Eagle to the real men, otherwise can't fault.

Don't go here for the beer. The bar staff can barely manage to pour a G&T without f**king up the order in some way. Shame about the staff in general, too cool for school AND they're not even that good looking anyway.

The Joiners Arms, Shoreditch

I can remember when this place was good, pre the trendies moving in. You could score proper gak and e here, now its full of fag hags, Hoxton heads and the type that give a proper dive a bad name. Wannabes more given to looking cool than actually buying a drink. Bar staff have changed for the worst as well- east end rent instead of people who can actually pour a drink.

The Brewery Tap, Brentford

Been there once, never ever again. Full of oldies with no intention of making conversation, light or otherwise. Got the distinct impression we were unwelcome. If the owners of this flop house want to cater specifically to sullen old codgers and do without my money fair enough. Won't be going back, and as for the brass brand- more piss pot alley than Tin Pan alley.
