Definitely one to miss! From the dirty table we were shown to, the long drawn out wait for our menus, starters and main courses, the fact I had to beg for cutlery, the fact my main course was luke warm and my husband's beef was so thin you could practically see throuth it meant it was one of our worst eating experiences.

Have been thete for lunch quite often. Lovely setting, nice staff, great food

Worst pub I have ever visited. It always depressed me.I have been in the village over 30 years, nothing chsnges with this pub

We have been to The Sussex when on holiday for about 6 years. The landlady always remembers us and makes us feel very special. Food & drink always good.

Golden Fleece, Leicester
went with my husband for a sunday lunch, my salmon wan uncooked in the middle, and I mean raw. Staff unconcerned. Got small discount. Went back for a drink to make sure it wasn't a one off, was greeted by the guy behind the bar with 'ey-up'. Wont go back.
