Was my local during my youth, went back ther last year during a stag pub crawl and can say that the staff were very friendly. A good pub for familys with a decent size beer garden.

The Ship Inn, Dunwich

Stayed here in February 2005 for our annual Suffolk pub crawl/walk!
Good food and rooms are excellent, I would recommend this pub as service and staff is both top notch.

The Cittie of Yorke, Holborn

I can understand why it is rated highly, very warm and friendly pub. Steeped in history and the Sam Smiths is good.

The Butt and Oyster, Chelmondiston

Very good pub, food excellent, good selection of Adnams beers, friendly staff and well worth a visit. Very popular with locals and visitors to the area, gets very busy so it is best to phone to book a table or risk disappointment.

They serve one of the best Sausage and Mash dishes I have ever tried. The staff and management are very warm and welcoming
