The Axe and Compass, Heath and Reach
my daughter use to use this pub lots and when visting her this week we thought we would treat them all to sunday lunch, oh dear not very good at all, yorkshire were like pancakes and the potatoes were green and i like my vegatables soft but i do have some teeth left, awful the worse sunday roast i have had for a long time...it was sunday the 9th oct, we did not complain as there was a big table of ten doing enough of that. shall be going back again.

our daughter took us here, very nice, bit over bearing all the menu choices but our food was tasty and hot if a little overpriced but a vast improvement on the awful food we had at the axe and compass on the sunday, well to be fair what wouldnt be!!!

The Dukes Head, Heath and Reach
what a lovely building, indian was lovely, bit spicy for my husband but he always has it to hot, couple who own it are very nice, will come again when visited my daughter again

being staying in village all week, only found this pub/hotel late on, very nice food, nice atmosphere and very lady friendly, chap who owns it i think david was very nice
