The Three Horseshoes, Feltham

Looks a big place on the outside but tiny inside. Overly priced mainstream beers with bar staff that look like they'd rather be hanging around outside a chip shop with hoods and scooters. Not the best Pub around the feltham area. Try the Airman instead.

The Jockey, Sunbury on Thames

A decent Pub with new owners. Very small but a very friendly pub with some real character about it. Usual selection of beers and lagers but the main thing about this pub is the atmosphere. I've never had a bad night in there since the new owners have taken it on.

The Grizzly Bear, Sunbury on Thames

I am a regular user of the Grizzly Bear and I would like to point out to the single minded person who see's everybody who is in their mid to late twenties as a "lout", that those louts are hard working people who enjoy a drink after a days graft. So what they sit outside. I am not a local but I treat this pub as my local and have never once felt intimidated by anyone there. The landlady is right when she says that on certain nights you can go there and have a quiet friendly drink without fear from the so called louts. I think the term "lout" has been used as a generalisation by whoever wrote the article. The people this has been directed at are genuine hard working locals who deserve better than that sort of comment from someone who is obviously too good for the likes of the rest of us. I'm a biker, I look like a biker but I served my country for 23 years with the Royal Navy. Does the way I look make me a lout!!!!!!!

The Admiral Drake, Portsmouth

Great atmosphere, good live music on Friday and Saturday nights. Great food during the day. Decent prices and a good selection of beers and ciders. real ales a speciality. It's a bike pub but alot of non bikers go there as the atmosphere is a pleasure.

The Nell Gwynne, Covent Garden

Had a damn good night in there recently. Good music on the juke box and the cider was great. Decent atmosphere with friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed myself as did my partner.
