The best of the posher food pubs in the area - consistently high standards. Also a very nice interior.

The new management here are making a brave effort at running something like a traditional boozer. Generally friendly welcome and decent beer. So far so good.

I have sadly to agree with the previous two posts. Having been a regular and happy customer here I suddenly find a very unpleasant attitude from the management and a marked change of atmosphere for the worse. I do not intend to visit again and would advise others to stay away also.

The Fox Inn, Leafield
Two visits since the new management took over - beer is certainly excellent and the place now has a nice buzz about it. Food a bit hit and miss though - good portions and reasonable prices but a few schoolboy errors; fish a bit soggy, gravy a bit watery. Hopefully teething problems only though.
