The Barrowboy and Banker, London Bridge

I haven't been here in a few years, it was nice to see the pub was still as nice as I remembered. The ESB was excellent and the staff was great. The food was awfull ! My steak and ale pie was full of uneatable fatty meat in a microwave pastry bowl. For around 9pnds I expected more. I assume it's Fuller's themselves to blame for the meal, not the pub. Come on Fuller's stop cutting corners, your Ale & PIe House are becoming a joke

The Masons Arms, Marylebone

Comfortable pub. Had an excellent Pint of Pickled Partridge. Always a pleasure when I get back to the Mason's Arms

The Bricklayer's Arms, Marble Arch

Tried to go here on Saturday Jan 28th. It was 8:30pm and the barmaid told us she was closing up??? Closed at 8:30pm in Central London??? The Mason Arms and the Carpenters Arms down the street had plenty of patrons in them. Sounds like bad management to me.

The Iron Duke, Mayfair

I was thinking the same thing when I saw it again as the "Pub of the Day".

The Angel and White Horse, Tadcaster

"Least Expensive Pint In England" "1.24pnd". Make sure you go for lunch, great home cooked meals. Lunch is served until 2:00pm. Always fresh beer being its connected to the Sam Smith Brewery. Too bad the Yorshire Greys aren't housed there anymore.

St Stephens Tavern, Westminster

I was here on Sat Aug 26th, and all the only real ale available was a cloudy Thirsty Ferret. Nice location, nice view of Parliament, but however is charge of keeping the beer needs to do a better job.

The Navigation, Stoke Bruerne

Multi room pub on the Grand Union Canal. Outside seating to watch the canal boats go by. Good food and Mansfield beers. Family's welcome. Was a nice place to stop in on our canal boat holiday.

The Kings Arms, York

Nice location, but without Real Ale it gets low marks
