O'Leary's, Stoke on Trent

The beer in O'learys is always kept properly. The current draft beers on offer are Old Speckled Hen and Greene King IPA. Guinness, Carling, Coors, Grolsch, Worthington Creamflow and Mild are also available on draft.

The pub is quite a busy place at the weekend, with Friday and Saturday disco nights. A quiz night is due to start in March, which will replace the rock night (which was not too successful or popular with the regulars).

last orders in O'learys are around midnight during the week and the pub is open 'til one at the weekend.

The pub is now far better than in it's dark days a few years ago with the former landlord playing his Johnny Cash albums at full volume on a Saturday night.

O'learys is now well worth a visit.

The Star, Stoke on Trent

This pub has closed down.

The Talbot Hotel, Stoke on Trent

This pub has recently been taken over by a large pub chain and re-decorated. The name of the pub has also changed to 'Last Orders'. The live music has been stopped but they still have the large screen and several other TVs showing Sky Sports.

The beer is very cheap - ONE POUND SIXTY for a pint of Carling and even cheaper for bitter.

Popped in for a pint at the weekend, the top of the pub has been turned into a restaurant selling Thai food.

the atmosphere was ok and the beer was fine.

A great pint in here if you're a real ale fan.
The pub has a good friendly atmosphere.

The Kingsway/Charlie Browns, Stoke On Trent

Popular with 18 year olds.

The beer is very poorly kept and unless you are out for a fight this pub is probably best avoided, which is a shame because a couple of years ago this was a great pub.

The Sutherland Arms, Stoke on Trent

A nice quiet pub during the week, that sells very cheap but good quality food.

Can get quite full on Fridays and Saturdays and gets very lively when there is a party on.

Has a good friendly atmosphere and it's certainly worth popping in for a quick pint.

The Commercial Inn, Stoke on Trent

A very lively pub, with usually a very good atmosphere, although occasionally there is trouble, which gets sorted out very quickly.

The live entertainment in the evenings is usually very good.

The beer is good and the pub is well worth a visit.

(didn't get a 'worm' though!)

O'Leary's, Stoke on Trent

O'learys is now under new management, who have spent time and money cleaning and re-furbishing the pub.

The regulars have started to return and the pub is on the up again.

The pub now sells a wider selection of beers including Old Speckled Hen, A guest bitter and Coors lager on draft.
