Superb. �1.50 for a pint of super strong German lager. And its up a really steep flight of stairs, so any two pint students stand a good change of falling and suffering horrendous injury. Huzzah!!

Nice in the summer, overlooks the river Dee and has a nice quiet terrace.

Oh dear. Someone who finds pubs for Wetherspoons to buy made a mistake with this one.
Surely the smallest 'Spoons in the country. Apparently popular with Policemen, as the carpark is always full of squad cars when i go past.
Frequented by the type of person who has 'L' and 'R' on their shoes.

Honestly, if someone burnt this place down on a Saturday night they would be doing humanity a favour. Build on the back of a end of the world style council estate, generally used by blokes who need to get home quick when their curfew is coming into operation.

Full of 15-25 year olds with no life and no inclination to ever leave the hell hole that is Ellesmere Port.
Worth going in to see the collection of inbreeds that populate the lounge on a weekend - trust me, you'll feel better about yourself once you've been.
