A once great pub which since change of manager is going downhill rapidly. Would always visit for a chance to try beers from the stillage which always had 4 different barrels on. These days it only ever has one on if that. Bar staff can be rude and seem to know little about beer. Also check your change as they are very good at making mistakes. Short changed 3 times in one visit.

Wonderful new underground bar where the old Barfly used to be. There are 15 hand pumps on the bar and 20 taps at the back. Fine selection of beers including Hopcraft, Dark Star and Thornbridge breweries and at £3 a pint they must be the cheapest in Cardiff! Also noticed about 6 boxed ciders. Interesting reclaimed wood décor and possibly the best toilets in the world! Great staff who knew what they were talking about. Can't wait to visit again.

The Devonshire Arms, Cambridge
My first port of call when visiting Cambridge. Always a good range of beer on from Milton Brewery. Enjoyed a good pint of Minerva on my recent visit. Top pub, great staff.

Great little back street pub with a good range of beers. Also a fantastic choice of bottled Belgium beers. Cool décor and wonderful staff. Always one of my must visit pubs when passing through Cambridge.

The Blue Blazer, Edinburgh
Called in here on the off chance before meeting friends elsewhere last week and was more than happy with my choice. Nice range of beers on, had a couple of pints of a milk stout, followed by a whisky or two. Good barman who knew his stuff. A very pleasant way to waste a few hours.
