Yea just to let u kno anna, and this might come as a bit of a shock to you but not EVERYONE that lives in Sherwood is a "CHAV" as you kindly put it. Not everyone can afford to live in the centre of town, so get off your high horse.

The older women in charge of the restaurant gave us the worst customer service me and many of my friends have EVER received she was vulgar. She had a go at me for asking for another slice of bread she actually went into one at me! She is constantly grumpy and agressive. If she's going through the menopause or doesn't like her job then she should go elsewhere. But at the moment she is driving this business to the ground. Me and lot of other people stay clear of this place just cos of this vile women. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO MAKE MISERABLE PREFERABLY ON ANOTHER CONTINENT ...The food is lovely its such a shame

BEST PUB EVER. Lovely bar staff the girl (manager)always comes and has a chat to us. Brilliant at weekends with d.j's and bands, it gets busy and there's really nice people down there. A definite must see honestly. If you are planning a trip down there try it a weekend for the music.

Keep up the good work guys your fab xx

Sankey's, Tunbridge Wells

God this pub is outrageously bad. After getting assaulted in there by another girl through no fault of my own I GET BARRED! UNbelieveable, and after all the witnesses and other people drinking there saying it was unprovoked they still threw me out by the scruff of the neck, bleeding and all. Now i can understand they want trouble diffused in a bar, how can they bar the innocent party....? All they had to do was check the cctv, worst manager i have come across with no sympathy or help for what occcured. Thank god the kent and sussex is across the road walking with a fractured collar bone and broken nose would of been painful any further. I think a night at the robin hood in sherwood would be a better bet then a night in this hell hole. Most people i know that go there have seen fights or been tangled up in one... heed my warning stay clear its the pits.

The Ragged Trousers, Tunbridge Wells

I have to say i really like this pub, it has a nice atmosphere and attracts the friendly side of tunbridge wells the crowd is good. I have been in here loads and yet to see any trouble... weird paintings on the wall on the way down to the toilets though, although i'm sure this won't put people off.

The Guinea Butt, Tunbridge Wells

Can never make my mind up about this gaf its alright like many have said its got the grungy crowd...I think its turned increasingly popular over the last few months though due to the smoking ban and the closure of a few pubs in the town.
