Goblets, Southampton

This is as far into town as I normally venture for drinks, But saying that it is a cool place, always pop in on the way back from brief shopping missions. Well, can't pass a decent pub without a swift pint...or three.

The Railway Inn, Winchester

Only real live venue in winchester, nice litle place, atmosphere's cool but not cliquey (not sure about that word!!) Used to play here a lot. There's a good open mic on mondays and it's really handy for the station! (hence the name!)

The Mayfly, Chilbolton

I love this place, the foods nice but the setting is best, try and go when the weathers nice. It can get really busy so make sure the timings right. You can sit and watch the trout and ducks squabbling over breadcrumbs as you sip a nice cool pint.

The Dungeon, Southampton

I used to go here all the time and I really enjoyed it, the people in thier may appear scary to some but they're mostly harmless and a good luagh, like most pubs on the valley it's not a hell hole like the ones in town and there is a lot less agro.

The Hobbit, Southampton

This pub Is Excellent, I've been going there for years and It's not full of thieving pikeys, the staff are hilarious you are all too sensitive and need to chill out. The music is great and they've all put a huge amount of effort into sorting the place out and improving it.
