As with most of Loughton it is very Essex/East - end boys done good sort of place, in saying that most are friendly, however, very loud. Great outside in the summer.

The Travellers Friend, Woodford Green
This pub was full of local big spending professionals, they have now gone elsewhere. The pub demographic mode now is young families, Essex boys and girls, Charlie heads and very very loud laughing peeps. Spivs is now like the Nu-Bar in its day.
