The George Inn, Walton on Thames

Great pub, very welcoming and friendly.

The White Lion, Covent Garden

Scrap what I said last time, although the pies are nice, I called up yesterday to ask what time they finished serving food, they told me 9.30. Got in there at 9.00 and was rudely told that they had stopped serving as it was too busy??? Told them that we had rung up prior especially to ask and made the journey into town. The rude foreign waitress wouldn't help and turned her back on us.

Have a pie here upstairs, you won't be sorry.

The Wellington, Walton on Thames

Went in here for a couple after work when I was watching the match.

Nice big screen and friendly service, he bought my drinks and change out to me as I was sitting. What more could you ask?

The Royal Oak, West Molesey

Must be the worst pub I've ever been in for the welcome.
Went there in my lunch hour to watch the rugby, as it was during workday I just got a coca cola, asked them for food but the old woman came down and told me no. Fair enough, I just got a pack of peanuts and watched the game with about 7 old time regulars.

I finished my cola with about 10 minutes to go and was asked if I wanted another drink. I said no and the old bat asked me to leave, I asked her why and she said cos I wasn't drinking. I said I wasn't leaving as I had done nothing wrong and she came out with arguments like 'I can't just have people coming here off the street to watch the rugby'. I let her know that I had already bought a drink and some nuts and I would have bought food had they been serving.

It got very heated, in fact to the point that she turned the tv off in the last 5 minutes which her regulars must have really appreciated.

All in all I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place and the old, old battleaxe

Blacksmiths Arms, Handy Cross

I'm sorry but this pub was just taking the piss.

Went there on the way home from Bicester a couple of weeks ago.

Seriously took over 20 mins to get served and order food. The guy behind the bar was doing his best but needed some help.

Food came out and only once out did they say that they had run out of one order so one of our party had to reorder and wait (only 5 mins).

All the food was pretty low standard but low costing too so fair enough.

My missus got ID'd trying to get change for the ciggarette machine, this is ok but she's 27. When I went to get the change I got a sincere apology so well done to overworked barman.

The Tap 'n' Tin, Chatham

Go here after all the other pubs shut.

Beer is rubbish but it is always fun to see young people trying to break dance and an inordinately long time for a Barbecue.

I go as it is close to my mate's house and it is open late

The Alexandra Hotel, Chatham

Stop off here for a few drinks whenever I see my mate who live close by.

Clean, cheerful pub which remains open till late.

The Robin Hood, Chatham

Went in while it was snowing also.

was there with my missus and another couple with a young child.

Staff couldn't be more helpful, surrounding were beautiful (but everything is when it snows).

Food was fairly ordinary but overall very nice.

The Partridge, Bromley

I enjoy going to this pub when I go back to Bromley. Clean, comfortable and my missus loves the pies there.

The Crown and Anchor, Bromley

Been here a few time and thoroughly enjoyed it every time. Clean and not the typical Bromley pub which is a good thing.

The Harrow, Charlton Village

Lovely from afar but far from lovely.

Nothing actally wrong with this place but both the bar and the garden could do with some TLC

The Roebuck, Hampton Hill

Popped my head around the door to ask if they were showing the rugby. Told me no, but the Duke of Clarence was showing it, then someone piped up 'Full of Arabs there'.

I say no more apart from I went to the Duke of Clarence and it was great.

Duke of Clarence, Hampton Hill

Food here is absolutely awesoe in the conservatry out the back. If you like middle Eastern food, this is the place for you.

The Magpie, Sunbury on Thames

Love this place

The Oak, Bromley

Don't eat here. My missus had the steak and has only just started passing solids. I had the burger and was unimpressed. Friendly staff and nice looking pub though.

The Black Dog, Ashford Common

Can only confirm the below. This time there were 3 dogs roaming around, one jumped up on the bar stool next to me and my mate. Babies in nappies walking round eating pizza. Thought Bob Geldof was gonna come in to highlight the desparate plight of this filth-ridden dump.

The Grizzly Bear, Sunbury on Thames

Went in last night to watch the rugby. Big screens. Pretty quiet. Perfect.
