Have to agree with all the comments above, no other wetherspoons pub I have been in have stroppy staff like they do at Westhoughton they don't even look round the bar to see who is next to be served and even when the pub/Beer factory is quiet it can still be hard to get served, the Customer can be viewed as a nuisance who interrupts the staffs conversations.
The Beer: I guess real ales especially the out of date ones wetherspoons serves can be a bit temperamental but when on form Blonde witch, Abbots Ale, and Pendle witch are beautiful and cheap.
Summery
Staff have serious attitude problems the beer can be nice when on form.

Yeah like Stevej says I was fearing the worst with the new decor but they've done a good job, always worth checking out .
