Nant Hall, Prestatyn

They used to have a good selection of ales but they have been removed to make space for two giant slush puppy machines. They did have one ale one my last visit but it was a bit odd and most of the bar staff did not know how to poor a pint that was not on electric pump so they had to get the one member of staff who know how to poor a pint. They had Erdinger wheat beer which was ok. This used to be a great pub but now has terrible beer.

The Ivy House, Nunhead

A brilliant pub. A huge range of fantastic ales. The only reason I am not giving it a ten is because the food is a bit ordinary. It has an attractive wooden paneled event room at the back where they have live music. If you love real ale you will love the Ivy House.

The Honor Oak, Honor Oak

The food is shockingly bad value. Top prices for ordinary food. My black pudding and scallops starter tasted great but there were only two tiny scallops and two pieces of black pudding that were the size of a 5 pence piece. The cost of the starter £9. The duck in my main meal was over cooked. We bought a bottle of Red which was one of the most expensive they had but didn't taste that great and gave my wife and I a hangover the next day. The pub was ok but don't go to the restaurant. I would rate the PUB as a 6 and the restaurant as a 2.

London Beer Dispensary, Brockley

This pub looks lovely but the beers are very poor quality and very over priced. I had quite a bad hangover from just two pints. I have been there three times in total and have been disappointed in all of the beers that I have tried. Some of the beers look lifeless and some tasted like home brew.
