Now the Artisan Cocktail Bar & Grill.
Joe Deflo's was opened by Mark King of Level 42 fame in the late 1980s or early 1990s. It was a big change to the Ryde pub/bar scene. It closed a long time ago, maybe 2010 or before. Sad to see it go.
