The Croham Arms, South Croydon
Blinding pub this one. Very friendly bar staff (although not the stunning eastern European bird who's a bit stuffy). If darts is your thing then this place is for you. As I write this they're team is top of the local league. All in all a great atmosphere and good beer.

This is a proper grotty old gaff. Dodgy as arseholes too. Beer is reasonably priced though.

Not a bad pub but lacks atmosphere. Beer is reasonably priced and staff friendly.

The Earl of Eldon, South Croydon
My favourite pub in Croydon. Have been drinking here regularly for about 3 years now. The prices are about the same as you'll find in most pubs in the area and the food is home cooked (the beef stew is a gem on winter days). The landlord and landlady are very friendly as are the regulars who drink here. I am yet to see any kind of bother in this place unlike alot of other pubs in the area.

The beer is cheap but that'll be the only reason for coming here. If you like to sport a Burberry baseball cap this'll be the gaff for you.
