Must agree with Curly. We stayed for 2 hours playing Billiards and I didn't see any fish, let alone a bear. Don't be misled by 'The Aquarium'.

This pub must be visited.... if not for the scrumptious cream of mushroom and tarragon soup, to see the fantastic true-to-life impersonations of William G Stewart by one of the friendly locals.

My enduring memory of this pub is when someone dressed as Big Bird (of Sesame Street fame) fell asleep whilst leaning against the fruit machine. The locals threw scampi fries at him/her. The fatigued costume-clad lunatic was later heard throwing up in the toilets!

The County Arms, New Bradwell
It would be easy to mistake this pub for a plush hotel. It really is a delight inside. An expensive refurbishment has given the interior a palace-like feel. It is a cosy relaaxing environment to spend an afternnon with the family or friends. 9/10
