Well what a transformation new man Tim has got this place buzzing with decent live music at weekends and real ale. Well worth a visit.

After being closed since april 2010 looks like its going to reopen. Lets hope it wont be for the lager drinkers this time around.

Visited this pub again recently. Its undergone a tasteful refit. Just the place for a lunch time meal, with food freshly cooked and a well stocked bar. A perfect place for a hassle free night out.

A nice oldie world pub with real ales open fire and a sunday roast second to none. Live music at the weekends.

Sadly not one of their better watering holes. Needs a good clean a lick of paint Service slow beer soso food when it does come is o.k. ish. Avoid friday nights at all costs.

A bit of an odd place boasts a carvery which seems to only be open at the week ends. Beer cheap food o.k. ish nice make over but lacks soul.

A real pub with real people. Well run with real ales and home cooked food. Nice to find a place in La that still is a real family pub.
