The Tatnam Hotel, Poole

This pub has really gone downhill but all the same if you're looking for a "proper pub" this is it. The front bar is small and cosy with an open fire and although the regulars are somewhat strange the banter is suprisingly interesting and funny. Give it a go.

The Antelope, Poole

Definitely worth going to this pub, good prices, good service, nice atmosphere, good live music and a brilliant outside area. Also if you're looking for food the restaurant gets a thumbs up from me.

The Angel, Poole

Off the high street so nice quiet atmosphere. Good selection of ales but takes a while to get served unless you're a regular - also service with a smile is definitely not the staffs maxim!
