Saracens Head, Worcester

Excellent old school pub. Highly recommended.

Popped in there for a couple before travelling on to the rugby ground.

Had Old Speckled Hen on at .... get this .... 2 a pint.

Landlord very friendly as were the staff. Locals very accommodating.

I will be back in the summer for the cricket.

As quoted ... "Its definitely one of the better pubs in Worcester"

Fountain Inn, Gloucester

3 real ales available and I chose a couple of pints of Abbot Ale. I must say they were lovely.

The greeting from the staff was very friendly and I was made to feel very welcome.

The atmosphere was very relaxed and I enjoyed my hour there.

Will be definitely be returning.

Robert Raikes House, Gloucester

A dreadful, soulless pub. Well, I say pub, its more of a cafe that serves very tasteless, cold "beer".

The only beer available to me was, if I recall correctly, Old Brewery Bitter. The only redeeming feature was the price .. 1.83 a pint.

Its been totally renovated, and has lost all charm and appeal

I will not be returning

Cafe Rene, Gloucester

I had a lovely pint of Freeminer, served perfectly. The ambiance was excellent, the menu varied and well priced.
My sort of pub I shall be returning.

The Flying Scotsman, Caledonian Road

You just have to go here at least once!

Down market, sleazy, dirty, hosltery that has blacked out windows, no furniture and women stripping on a makeshift stage, collecting 50p's from punters who want to watch.

Brilliant!!!!

Contrary to reports the women werent all bad.
In fact of the 10 we say, only 2 were dogs.

Had it's share of old perv's but they were harmless.

Advice - drink bottled beer!

I will have to go again!!!
