Worth a vist definitely - food good, service very good during the day especially. Atmosphere generally very nice. The ale is fine... coffee also available, also fine. Generally friendly.

First visited this place two years ago and consider that the extra journey to drink here is well worth a diversion on returning from Gibraltar! Super ale, atmosphere and decor... a blast from the past!

My husband and I found this to be an excellent pub! The food, the welcome and the ales were all excellent. The place is a magnet for local characters and we enjoyed our stay in one of the guestrooms. The licensee, Rose, was friendly and courteous throughout.

The Angry Friar, Gibraltar
Having seen the number of chavs and loudmouths sitting outside... decided to 'pass' on this one. After reading some of the comments - glad I did!
