Pub with an interesting cross section of regulars of all ages.
Friendly - good beers - Harveys etc.
Quiz night, raffles, coach trips, jukebox.

A sad instance of a once friendly pub serving good beer going to the dogs. Beer not cared for and neither are the customers.

The Cobden Arms, Brighton
An excellent well run local pub just off the Elm Grove. Harveys bitter always in tip top condition. Warm welcome from Adey and Tina and the local tipplers.
