Service and quality of real ale has really deteriorated during 2009.
Popularity with locals has also suffered.
Reason: poor management by ill-advised staff.

A former hotel in the Market Place, now a Bar/Restaurant. Wooden floors. Live music at weekends. Pool table.
St Austell Tribute, Hooky Best, Guest beers.

The White Bear, Shipston on Stour
Pub suffering overall.
Real ale: Adnams (last one I had was poor 3/10)
Cafe Rico came and went.
Restaurant is under new leadership.
