The Thames Court, Shepperton

This used to be a cracking pub. Then, like so many, there was a totally needless re-fit which destroyed the place. Now just another restaurant the serves beer.

Refurbished and turned into a souless food place. The screens are gone, the bands are gone, the bar is smaller and the soul has been ripped out of the place.

Rubbish. This isn't a pub, it's a restaurant that serves beer. Another great pub (Racing Page) gone to appease the starbucks crowd

The Almamata, Egham

Pretty cool decor in here - I like the mod inspired pictures, and the music is pretty good too. It's nothing spectacular in here, but it does the job.

The White Lion, Egham

Not too bad to watch the football, but certaily not a place where you'd wish to impress a lady!! Saying that, the staff are very friendly, and the locals - a few bigots & chavs aside - are generally quite a good bunch.

The Crown, Egham

I quite like this place - certainly the best pub out of the limited choice that the High Street has to offer...ie White Lion/Red Lion. Their are some cracking little barmaids down there, and also the infamous TankGirl behind the bar.
