Stay away from Bromley town centre & make a vist to the best Pub in Bromley, always great beer, no fools in the pub!!!! This is just what a pub should be.

Best Pub in Beckenham by a country mile, great beer, great people!!!! This is how a pub should be run. A gem of a pub in these days of corporate branded pubs or pubs that cater for the cheap larger drinking idiots. This pub shouldn't be missed but don't everyone!

The Shortlands Tavern, Shortlands
This pub is Crufts Dog Show meets Dr No�s Fish Tank�..If you like your pub to have the smell of animal magic then this is for you. The thing that hits you is the smell of dogs, which isn�t helped by every mutt in the area being allowed to run riot in the pub by being allowed to sit on the seats & run around the place like it�s a greyhound track. Having said that, some of the locals don�t smell to clever. The one good point is that many of the regulars who don�t smell are decent people.
