The Dublin Castle, Camden

I went in this pub just on saturday for the first time,i found the bar staff friendly,i had apint of London Pride not bad at all,one thing was i wasnt impressed with the toilets they were dirty and flies floating about the place.I imagine it would be good to see live music here at the weekend, the only problem is not enough seats.
I wouldnt take a girl here on a first date,i would maybe come back here for a beer next time in Camden.

The Ten Bells, Shoreditch

I was on my way to 93 feet east i stumbled across this place,i have walked past it many times.
I went in and orderd a pint of Bombadier i gave the barman a fiver and out of that he give me 1 75 back,i was astonished. That is the most i have ever paid for a bitter in London 3.25,i got to admit it was a decent pint.I was impressed with the old tiles, but i have noticed most of the original east end pubs have had the heart ripped out of them ,they have seem to be transformed into arty farty types.
I dont think ill come back here in a hurry, but it was worth the experiance

The Actress and Bishop, Birmingham

I went to this pub the other night to see a friends band,it is the first time i have ever been upstairs ,it is quite a good venue to see local bands.
My opinion is i think the beer is exellant, there are 4 cask ales on,Everards beacon, original,i only had 1 duff pint out of 6,but it is a freindly place, the barstaff seemed alright.
I would come back here again for the beer and the music.

Globe, Liverpool

I visited this pub last tuesday evening and what a real pub it is.
I had a pint of Black sheep bitter and something else, very well kept and a good price at 2 pound.
If your looking for characters and good beer this is the place to be.
The locals are freindly and they might but you a pint if your out of town.
The only problem is the sloping floor.
Liverpool is a friendlier city than Birmingham.
Birmingham pubs can be paranoid man

Got to be honest this is probably one of the best pubs in the town centre. The beer is well kept at 1.65 for a guest beer and you arnt waiting long for food.
I use this pub regulary when i can it is better than yates over the road.

The Woodman, Birmingham

This pub is still traditional the only problem is it is not ansells anymore.
Brums most famous drink which is the ansells mild used to sell like hotcakes by the gallen, but no longer served.
They do have 3 ever changing guest ales which are well kept.
It is now mainly a blues pub but still real
