The Wye Knot, Symonds Yat West

I thought this place was fine when I was last by the River. If I lived close by I'd be delighted this was my local. Good food and friendly atmosphere.

The Cock Inn, Wishaw

I met my girlfriend here (Incidentally she is a brunette). Great place for a business lunch and great for romantic dinner. Enjoyed it and will come again and not just for the birds.

The Navigation Inn, Lapworth

Best pub in Lapworth by a mile. Great old building with new extention for diners. Great food, guest beers, nice gardens. Nice place winter or summer.

The Navigation Inn, Kings Norton

I have no idea why but I like this pub. Food is fine, beer is fine, huge mix of differnt people. Opposite Police Station so no trouble!

The Boot Inn, Lapworth

It is full of Chavs but there is nothing wrong with that. Elderly versions of Westbrook, Big Bro Jade and Posh Spice lurk with a menacing intent. Good food but tough getting a drink at the bar on Thursdays. Summer venue only!

Great place to eat. Food and table service is excellent, reasonable prices, very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Take your girlfriend or family during the week or weekend. Can be a bit slow at the bar though!

Fine for a daytime pint. Last time I went waitresses were were wandering around the pub taking orders and bringing the drink to your table.

very popular with yound crowd at weekends. Open till late and nice in the Summer with the terrace and patio heaters.
