The Cock and Woolpack, City Of London

Lovley looking interior, good service, the only thing that let it down was a bit light on the selection of beers. Would still return though and see if they have any new ales at hand.

Ship, Monument

Good pub, nice range of beers, excellent service and a real pleasure to drink in and explore. Friendly atmosphere and a good traditional feel to it.

The Walrus and Carpenter, Monument

Not bad at all, Good selection of beers, nice interior, but was quiet for a Friday night. But wasnt a bad pub to finish a pub crawl on.
Maybe a bit light on atmosphere but not enough to stop me visiting again for a pint or two.

The Lamb Tavern, Leadenhall Market

Good solid pub, nice decor, V handy to stand outside in the market, good beers and good location.
Usually stop off here when on a city pub crawl. Definatley worth a visit.

The Counting House, Bank

Always a good pint in here, a bit lively but fantastic decor and a good range of fullers beers makes up for it. Service is normally very good and reasonable food.

The Telegraph, Moorgate

Not bad, reasonable interior, quite modern, more of a bar than a pub but nothing to complain about. Good range of beers and attentive staff. Busy on a friday night but not rammed.

The Old Doctor Butler's Head, Moorgate

Very good pub, excellent atmosphere, good ales and friendly staff.

The Globe, Moorgate

Nothing to write home about either way. Had to send a round of Tomothy Taylors back as they all tasted of pipe cleaner, but the replacement spitfires weren't bad. No real atmosphere to speak of, but equally nothing to damn the place either.

The Railway Tavern, Liverpool Street

Not the best Pub i've been in, but had no real issues with service. Didnt see any trouble or anyone particulaly obnoxious. Fairly busy, only real comment I would make is that it seemed to lack atmoshphere. Nothing to stop me visiting again for a pint though.

The Lord Aberconway, Liverpool Street

Not bad at all, Visited on a Friday night and got served reletavley quickly, good buzz and a busy atmosphere without being overwhelming.
Beer was good (reasonable selection of Fullers and Timothy Taylor)all in all not bad at all. Very nice surprise being as close as it is to Liverpool St.
