A magic little pub just off Oxford street, don't tell everyone though its like a secret drinking place. No ale but does have Spanish lager. Its querky and has a vinyl Jukebox and probably the worst toilets in the city!!

A great pub round the back of Euston, loads of ale to choose from.

Looks good from the outside but very bland and plastic inside. Bitter is awful so would not bother if you like your ale, much better choices around town.

A friendly pub with a great atmosphere. Open mike nights on Thursdays are well worth a visit. Normal GK beer but oftrn has a guest ale as well.

This pub used to be my local for many years and I think it is the best in the town, the ale is always kept well. Whever I am back in the town I always try and pay it a visit.

The Nightingale, Hitchin
I've been in a few times to meet friends coming into town by train. Always local ale on and the patio out back is worth a look. Its friendly and relaxing but a bit quiet but then I usually go early evening.
