My Boss Tim's Limerick
There once was a boss called Tim
Who one Christmas quite on a whim
Took us all to the oub
For some beer and some grub

The Gable used to be great for pulling birds. Like so many new bars in the area however, as the birds arrived the sausages did too. The fresh summer smell of perfurm on soft warm female skin has been replaced by eau de fat city trader sweat. The irony of course is that the girls used to come here to find traders and all the men knowing this come dressed as traders but are really local workman wearing their suits they've bought in especially to go out on the Friday. You can tell by the paint on the back of their ears.
There are some cracking staff behind the bar however, they have some of the best hired guns in the city. The little blonde is very tasty.
As for my boss Tim, I'n pleased he's heeding the will of the team and so for that I'm going to withdraw my Downing Street petition to close the Williamson's.

This is the sort of pub I'd like to convert my boss Tim to. Despite it being on Wood Street there's actually a good balance of people in there. The barmaids are less manly than those in tThe Willianmsons.

Williamson's Tavern, Mansion House
This pub is my boss Tim's favourite. I don't understand why because it's a complete sausage factory with no atmosphere. I wish it would shut so we were go somewhere decent as a team. Friday night is for knockers
