This was my pub through the years 1951 to 1959 and Saturday nights came alivewhen the rugby team came in.
Have been back 2003 to find the character has sadly changed due to "updating" ARKERS

The Square and Compass, Worth Matravers
Whilst serving in the R.A.F. during and after the war at Renscombe the Square and Compass well satisfied our thirst needs .
