Went back in here last night for the first time in a while - I'd previously been unimpressed and posted reviews to that effect. Glad to say that it is very much better. Two real ales on St Austell Tribute and Youngs Ordinary, both very good. The service was quick and cheerful. A group of 6 of us ate, all the food was very good. Glad to say that this place is a whole lot better and will happily return.

Good old style pub ...the new girl is giving it a go and seems to have a decent in crowd most nights. Batman Helen left to work elsewhere and Christine had a great oppunity to run a pub elsewhere living in and open 7 days a week.

Not the easiest to find, but secluded once you are there. if you sit outside keep a lookout out for rogue footballs being kicked around by the estate kids. Pub looks like an office building. Only Youngs Ordinary and Bombardier but decent enough. Lady behind the bar was busy coping on her own but no real wait. Obviouly there are better beer pubs around but to take a break from the madding crowd this is worth checking out.
