| A fantastic local traditional pub. A great service, good traditional ales (the pub is visited regular by members of CAMRA), and lovely fresh home cooked food at very reasonable prices. Well behaved children are welcome and there is a quiz machine, pool table and a jukebox which is usually free depending on how much the landlord wants some music on. I would highly recommend anybody to try this pub. At night there is a fantastic atmosphere and has held charity nights an live bands in recent weeks. One to try. Neil Richardson - 4 Jun 2004 20:13 |
