Place showed promise when some lady looking like cruella devill took over now some short dark haired bloke abit like manuel from faulty towers he seems to work like him as well.

Thursday are dead waste of time
Fridays seem to work downstairs but then you see manuel walking round trying to get people to the shoebox upstairs
Saturdays the bands are very hit and miss

Happy Hour is the wrong times

Is a good place to watch the football nothing like the old oneills though no snacks at half time

Hit and miss staff - party atmosphere on a Friday. Club upstairs is a state.

Actually a good night out to be had here. Was giving up having visited the Doctor Tonic and The Cork, Nightclub is dire - decent music downstairs on a Friday night, hit and miss bands on Saturdays.

I've been in WGC for nearly 4 years, and ventured in here for the first time last week.

It has to be one of the grimmest places on earth. The bar looks like it was built by MFI in 1979, and the staff were obnoxious. The beer was dreadful, and the gents loo is actually visible from the bar - I imagine that this is classed as a selling point by the clientele, who resembled the extras from Shaun of the Dead.

I've often wondered why The Cork & The Doctors Tonic have never really made an effort - but with competition like this, why would they?
