not my cup of tea, but best sports bar in Southampton!

Suprised this place gets so busy. Went there to watch the football about 8 months ago. Place was rammed and only had carling and strongbow on and the barman wasn't going to win a charm award for the pleasant way he explained this to me. Atmopshere seemed quite tense as well which suprised me. There are better bars and pubs in a short walking distance.

Ahh Bedfords. How do I love thee? Let me count the ways. Mark Dennis holding court about the good ol' days surrounded by Saints nutters. Free FIFA on the PS2 on a plasma screen for me and my mates while eating a 'bucket of burgers'. Nicely sozzled with Jim playing endless games of pool and then Haggis turning up in a suit looking disapprovingly at us. Pre-match expectation. Post-match celebration (sometimes!). The old video jukebox pumping out the Indie hits. Nice barmaids and student totty. Locking cubicle door. Nick buying a round. Actually, scratch that last one.

this pub offers everything you can expect from a good pub.it's a well presented bar with pool tables, D.J's on saturday nights, karaoke on sundays, serving good food at very decent prices.it also have several plasma screens to show all the major sports events.

This is a strange old pub. The most eye-watering clashing colours you can get, and rammed full of students, but not particularly cheap. Busy on match days though.
