user reviews of the Wat Tyler, Kidbrooke

please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

Main claim to fame was in late 70s/early 80s as Garry Bushell's local and unofficial HQ of the Oi movement.

Wat Tyler in history led the peasants revolt. The pub itself was run down and very depressing. It was not a family atmosphere when I lived on the estate many years ago

the place has been closed for years and thats a good thing. it's in a crappy area and doesn't even look like a pub! i've seen garden sheds that look more welcoming than this place

I noticed that the person who said the Wat Tyler was a lovery family pub in a fantastic position which he wrote in 2003.

Well it has been shut for about 3 years now and it is on the Ferrier Estate.

I dont think so it was always a dump.

I should know I live very neer it.
