I found it to be quite a dirty, dingy pub. We are not local and found the landlord to be quite unwelcoming. The locals in there were quite rowdy and making offensive comments regarding people's skin colour and ethnicity. I would definitely avoid this place!

Nothing special... only one ale on and that was GK IPA and while it was probably as good a pint of it as you can get it doesn't really say much for the place. Two pubs in the village and the only ale on offer was a bog standard IPA. Anyone travelling on the Bletchley-Bedford line who is looking for decent real ale would be well advised NOT to get off at Lidlington.

A great traditional village pub that can cater for locals and visitors alike.
When tourists think about a typical english village pub they could be describing the Greene Man with its attractive thatch and beams. Now being run by Phil and Geina whose concept of a traditional village inn give hope to all those who want to see something different to the trend of "gastropubs" or closing as the only future for the village pub!
Highly recommended and close to a rail station (unfortunately that service cannot be recommended).
Let's get behind out village pub and visit at least once a week!

Would be quite a nice village pub if it offered something better than the dull-as-ditchwater Greene King ales.

Nice little pub, drinks were very reasonably priced, small but secluded beer garden.
